Jaw crusher application
PE Jaw Crusher is widely used as primary and secondary crushing equipment to crush almost all kinds of stones and ores. It is widely used in mine, metallurgy, chemical industry, building material, highway, railway, and water conservancy etc.
Jaw crusher working principle:
The motor transmits through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when mobile jaw moving. So the mobile jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.
Working Principle of jaw crasher
jaw crusher uses the motor to drive belt and pulley, through the eccentric shaft to make the jaw move up and down, when movable jaw falls, the angle between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw become smaller, the materials are crushed to achieve crushing the purpose; when movable jaw rises, the angle between the movable jaw and the fixed jaw become larger, the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of a pull rod. At this time materials broken discharge from the crushing chamber.
