Features of FTM Movable Jaw Crusher:
1. Ship-shape steel structure design, low vehicle chassis, compact structure, modular assembly structure, small turning radius, easy to transport.
2. Folding feeding silo, hydraulic support retaining plate, easy to operate and reliable operation.
3. The control cabinet can be equipped with an advanced touch control panel and PCL control system, to realize the prompt function of startup, process adjustment and misuse, and protection, electrical control operations, failures and safety, and other functions.
4. The feeder can presort fine material, and the automation of silo door can control the direction of material feeding.
5. The conveyor angle can be adjusted, flipped and folded, to extend operating conditions and facilitate transport.
6. The vehicle structure is with streamlined design, and reasonable and compact mechanical optimization structure.
7. The stabilizer blade can realize full hydraulic lifting, which is flexible and easy to operate.
Working principle of FTM Movable Jaw Crusher:
FTM Movable Jaw Crusher includes Hopper,Vibrating Feeder, Jaw Crusher, Semi-trailer Chassis, and other supporting parts. The material is fed into the hopper by the loader. Vibrating Feeder can prescreen the material during its working process, and feed the bigger material into Jaw Crusher for primary crushing process. Then crushed material will be carried out by the belt conveyor.
Application of FTM Movable Jaw Crusher:
FTM Movable Jaw Crusher can work independently or together with other devices according to coarse crusher or fine crusher requirements.
Wheel Portable Jaw Crusher is mainly used for material processing in the industrial departments that require regular transportation work such as metallurgy, chemistry, building materials and water and power station.
