Working features of jaw crusher
The working part of Jaw crusher is composed of two jaw plates, fixed jaw plate (fixed jaw), which is vertical (or the upper end slightly inclined) fixed on the front wall of the body, the other is movable jaw plate (movable jaw) which is formed on a small crushing cavity (cavity) with fixed jaw plate. The movable jaw plate makes a periodic movement to the fixed jaw plate, sometimes separated from the fixed jaw plate and sometime close to it. When separated, the material enters into the crushing chamber and the finished products will be discharged from the lower part; When closed, the materials are squeezed between the two jaw plates, and then broken by bending and splitting affects.
