Working Principle
This series jaw crusher adopt curvilinear extrude style: The motor drive triangle belt transfer the power to the belt pulley,the belt pulley drive the eccentric shaft let the moving jaw move around the eccentic shaft,thus make the whole jaw move up and down.The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases when moving jaw moves up,thus push the moving jaw approach the fixed jaw. at the same time the material is cut and crushed.the angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decrease when moving jaw go down,the moving jaw away from the fixed jaw under the effect of pull rod and spring . at the moment , the broken material discarged from the outout. the jaw crusher do regular movement to broke and discharge materials with the continuous movement of motor

5.Jaw Crusher Maintenance
To gurantee the normal operation of jaw crusher, in addition to correct operation , we also need planning maintenance , including simple repair , medium maintenance ,overhaul.
(1) simple repair (1~3 months): examine and repair adjust device ,
High speed discharging opening gap, u-turn or change the wear liner .Check and repair the drive part ,lubricating system and change lubricatingoil et.
(2) medium maintenance(1~2 year):in addition to proceed all the work of simple repair , we also need change toggle plate ,liner,check and repair bearing bush et (3) Overhaul(about 5 years): In additon to proceed all the work of medium maintenance , still need change or turning eccentric shaft and moving jaw arbor, casting the babbitt metal top of connecting rod .
Starting Up Maintenance
Equipment Inspection before starting up
- Check the frame ,belt pulley,fly wheel bolt loose or not
- Check if the fixed jaw plate ,side liner ,spring rod and spring in good condition ;bolts fastening or not ;toggle plate has crack or not
- Check whether the safety handrail ,safety guard,feeding chute in good condition
- Check motor foundation bolt loose or not ,whether the connection wire of motor ,instrument of operating box in good condition ;voltage within the recommended limits.
Starting Up
- Please confirm there is no people on or around the equipment before starting up
- After starting up , observe the operation of equipment is stable , voltage and current have no abnormal noise , belt pulley and fly wheel have no loose first , then feeding .
- The feeding should even , or else will cause the load of equipment unstable ,finally the belt slip and overlaid mineral .
- Observe voltage and current every half an hour ,whether there has abnormal smells and spark phenomenon,the temperature of bearing should no more than 60 °C
- Check whether each parts bolt is loose ,whether the rotating parts has noise
