Working Principle
Plastic jaw crusher machine is powered by a motor, through the motor pulley, driven by the V-belt and sheave eccentric shaft, so that the moving jaw in a predetermined trajectory for reciprocating motion. The material entering the crushing chamber which is composed of fixed jaw, movable jaw and edge guard is crushed, and the finished material is discharged.

There are two jaw plates, one is static (fixed jaw), it is vertically (or slightly lean outside ) fixed on the front wall of the body, the other is the dynamic (moving jaw), it is in a tilt position and forms a small crushing chamber (working chamber) with the fixed jaw plate.
