The jaw crusher (broken jaw also called cracking, broken blade) consists of main rack, eccentric shaft, a belt sheave, a flywheel, a movable jaw, a side guard plate, plate, rear elbow elbow clearance adjusting screw, one reset spring, one fixed jaw and a movable jaw plate. It has the features of high crushing ratio, uniform product size, simple structure, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, operation cost, has become more mature and crushing machinery industry, the use of different widely all over the world coal mine, metallurgy, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy, chemical industry and other industries. Crushing compressive strength is controlled within 320Mpa, broken to 3-5, suitable for soft, medium hard and hard materials.

There are two jaw plates, one is static (fixed jaw), it is vertically (or slightly lean outside ) fixed on the front wall of the body, the other is the dynamic (moving jaw), it is in a tilt position and forms a small crushing chamber (working chamber) with the fixed jaw plate.
Working principle:
The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate by the V-belt and the geneva wheel, then the movable jaw moves back and forth to break the materials in the crushing cavity which is composed of fixed jaw plate & movable jaw plate and side guard plate. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw get larger, and the materials can be broken to reach the crushing target. When movable jaw is moving down, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes smaller. The finished products slide from the discharge opening at the bottom.
