Process flow
The granite raw materials Uniform feeding by ZSW490*130 feeder enter into European hydraulic jaw crusher PEW1100 for coarse crushing, then get into cone crusher CSB240 for second crushing, furthermore, the material after crushing will get into 2Y2460 for screening and sieve returning charge for second crushing, besides, the product material is less than 150mm continue get into HPT300 for three stage crushing, another material is more than 40mm get into HPT300 for crushing again, while the material is less than 40mm enter into impact crusher VSI5X-1145 for shaping, finally, the product quality aggregate are 0-5mm 5-10mm, 10-20mm, now the production line is high capacity, good grain, and it is the country's model granite processing production line.
