1. Application of Gravity Spiral Chute:
Spiral flutes (all named spiral chutes) are gravity spiral separators and separate minerals of different specific gravity according to their relative movement in response to gravity, centrifugal force and other forces in the fluid medium.
Spiral chute is mainly used for grading the a sufficient proportion of the mixture of iron, tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, gold, coal, diamond, monazite, etc, which the Granularity is between 0.3-0.02 mm.
2. Structure of Gravity Spiral Chute:
Spiral chute consists of ore feeding uniform splitter, feed chute, spiral groove, Product interception groove, product gathering bucket and groove bracket (include cross or tripod) six parts. 
3. Working Principle of Gravity Spiral Chute:
The sand pulp is first send to the two inlets of the spiral chute. After added water for appropriate pulp density, the pulp swirls down and generates a centrifugal force which separates the ores and sands. The ore concentrate flows into the hopper and is collected through a pipeline. The tailings are discharged by a sand pump. Thus, the whole mineral process is finished.

Glass fiber engraved chute has basically the same beneficiation principle and Product Structure with Ordinary Chute, the difference is the former spiral blade face has notch groove (can play a buffering role in the beneficiation process); the ordinary spiral blade face is flat.
