Application of Spiral classifier with high capacity
We produce high weir type, single and double spiral, and immersed single and double spiral classifiers.
Our spiral classifiers are widely used in the distribution of ore in closed circuits with ball mills, grading ore and fine slit in gravity mills, grading granularity and flow of metal ore-dressing, and ore-sliming and dehydrating in washing.
Working principle of Spiral classifier with high capacity
The grinded pulp is fed into tank from the inlet in the middle of settlement region, and the slurry classification sedimentation area is under the inclined tank. The spiral with low speed rotation stirs the slurry, so that the fine particles rise, and the coarse particles sinks to the bottom of tank. Overflow weir is above the bearing center which is under screw shaft, and is underneath overflow end.
