Functions of alluvial gold processing plant :
--Vibration feeder: with grizzly and big hopper, vibration feeder can feed material stablely to the next machine.
---Gold washingTrommel Scrubber: Washing clay, and Sieving different sizes particles. The big particles will be discharged from the discharge openings of the screen, smaller materials will go into centrifuge.
---Centrifugal Concentrator: Concentrating the gold from the material which is from the TrommelScreen (Rotary Trommel Scrubber).
---Sluice box: Concentrating the gold from the tailings from the Centrifugal Concentrator or jig separator, because there are few gold includes in the tailings. This is for the second gold recovery.
---Shaking Table: Increase the grade of the ore from the concentrate gold to separate the impurity.
---Gold smleting furnace: It is the final step in the gold mining plant, use the gold smelting furance to make gold bar, we have small and big smelting capacity(1-100kgs) for the gold smelting furnace, can meet customer's different requirement
