2. Fine sand retrieve system is not just making full use of resources, but also reducing the pollution, ease the drain trap. It mostly can retrieve 85% fine sands of the total tailings. It’s very technological and economical.

Used in the tailings drying system:

In the traditional mining technology, it’s mostly crush the materials to 0.2mm or smaller, then extract the concentrate by magnetism or cleaning table, and building a dam for dispose the tailing. According to the national environment protection, we designed the new tailing drying system. The tailings can be piled up directly through it, so it cut the producing cost and control the water content of tailings, solve the pollution problem.

It’s can control the tailings water content by adjusting the size of dewatering screen.
