Working Principle and Structure |
When spiral sand washing machine is working, the motor drives the impeller rotating at a slow speed, and sand enters into washing trough from materials trough. Then impeller drives the sand rotating and grinding with each other, and by this way, the impurities are peeled from the sand and the vapour layer is destroyed, which is good for dehydration. Meanwhile, the water flow will take the impurities away from the overflow port, but the clean sand will be impelled forward by impeller to go out from trough and then be delivered to materials trough for next usage. And the washing stage is finished. |
