Cone crusher Description:
Cone crusher is suitable to crush various kinds of ores and rocks of medium or above medium hardness. cone crusher has the features of big crushing ratio,stable structure, high efficiency, easy adjustment, economic operation,low operating cost, etc. The spring safety system of crusher acts as an overloading protection system that allows metal to pass through the crushing chamber so as not to damage the cone crusher.The safety system uses dry oil and water as two kinds of sealed formation to make plaster powder and engine oil separate to make sure reliable performance. The type of crushing chamber depends upon size of feeding and fineness of crushed product. The standard type (PYB) is applied to medium crushing, the medium type is applied to medium or fine crushing and the short head type is applied to fine crushing .
Cone crusher Working principle:
Cone crusher consist of frame, transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, springs and hydraulic pressure station for adjusting discharge opening.
During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft shell to turn around through a horizontal axle and a pair of bevel gear. The axle of crushing cone swings with the force of eccentric shaft shell so that the surface of the crushing wall is close to the roll mortar wall from time to time. In this way, the ores and rocks will be pressed and crooked and crushed
