Stone Cone crusher is suitable for crushing hard and mid-hard ores and rocks. The features of stone cone crushers are: reliable structure, high productivity, easy adjustment, economic cost etc.
Type of crushing chamber depends on application of the ores. Working principle
PY stone cone crusher consists of frame, transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, stones and hydraulic pressure station for adjusting discharge opening.
During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft shell to turn around through ahorizontal axle and a pair of bevel gear. The axle of crushing cone swings with the force of eccentric shaft shell so that the surface of the crushing wall is close to the roll mortar wall from time to time. In this way, the ores and rocks will be pressed and crooked and crushed.

A: The single weight that can be casted at one time is 13 metric tons. The capacity is 80 tons per
working day.
4. Q: Can you use foundry machining castings ?
A:Yes, the CNC machine can machine material hardness from HB200 to HRC62.The maximum
machining length is 8m and maximum width is 4m.
5. Q: What information do we need to provide to you in order to confirm our parts order?
A: We work with technical drawings for any non-standard products. If the order is for standard parts,you only have to provide us with the part number so we may define the parts of the order.
6. Q: May we visit the factory?
A: Yes, you can visit the factory during working days and our sales team would he happy to assist you.It is possible, to take the high speed train from Shanghai station to the factory and we can pick up you at the airport or train station.
7. Q: If your product has inferior quality or quality problem after we use them what happens next?
A: First of all, you have to provide us photos of the problem part and also provide photos of the machine so we can see how the part was installed and gather other necessary information to define the root cause of the problem. If it is indeed a quality problem of the product itself, we would offer compensation to you and also figure out solutions to avoid this quality problem in the future. If the problem is caused by clients,we only provide the technical suggestions to our client to avoid same problems.

A:At the client’s request, Shanai can provide installation Technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and

A: The warranty period for all of Shanai’s structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for allelectric motors is half one year.
