Introduction:
Our new type hydraulic or spring cone stone crusher can be used to crush hard and medium hard minerals, rocks, iron ores, limestone, copper ores, quartz, granite, sandstones, etc. In a whole stone production line, usually, the cone crusher is used for secondary or tertiary crushing process. It has the advantage of reliable construction, high prod activity, easy adjustment and less cost in operation. The spring release system of cone crusher acts an overload protection system that allows stumbling block to pass through the crushing chamber without damage to the crusher.

5. Grease seal can effectively avoid the blockage of water feeding system and drainage system, as well as mixing of water and oil.
6. As the overload protection device, spring safety device allows foreign matter and iron pieces to pass through the crushing chamber without jeopardizing machines.
Working Principles:
1. When the cone crusher is working, the engine rotates around a fixed point through the belt wheel or the coupling, meanwhile the transmission shaft and the conical part of the cone crusher are taken under the force of the eccentric bushing.
2. Then, the ores will be impacted, squeezed and bent constantly in the crushing chamber, resulting in the crushing of the ores.
