Our customer from Algeria needs to process aggregates for concrete batching. The final products are 0-3mm,3-8mm,8-15mm and 15-25mm. Our engineers recommended jaw crusher and CS cone crusher for his project, and made a complete production line for him.
Large raw materials should be fed into the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. Then the material will be transferred to cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed aggregate materials will be transferred to vibrating screen for separating. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to our customer's requirement.
