The high speed forces the material to rebound from the impact liner to the area where the blow bar effects until they have been crushed to the required size. The clearance between the impact rack and the rotor can be adjusted to change the size and shape of the end product.

Crushing Process: The raw granites are collected into the hopper from the loader or truck, then the granites are fed into the jaw crusher JC840*1100 by the vibrating feeder ZSW1300*4900 for primary crushing. Then the material is transported to the secondary crusher---- impact crusher PFS1318, after crushing, the material will be separated by 4YZS2460, the smaller size 0-5-15-25mm will be separated out and piled. The material + 25mm will be reverted to PFS1318 impact crusher for re-crushing. It is the closed circle crushing line; the granite will be crushed again and again until all the output size below 25mm.
