The motor drives the rotor rotating at high speed in the crushing cavity. Materials enter into the hammer crusher through the upper feed opening and are crushed by the high-speed moving hammer head through impacting, cutting and grinding. Beneath the rotor, there is a sieve plate, and the crushed materials with the size smaller than the sieve plate will be discharged through the sieve plate, while the larger materials will be retained in the sieve plate and be impacted and grinded by the hammer continuously, and finally discharged through the sieve.
