Product Description
Its tension resistant body is canvas woven by polyester in warp and good trough ability in weft, good water resistant, wet strength, no mould is suitable for medium, long distance and heavy-load transportation of material. Because of the high initial modulus of polyester, the belt can choose a relative low safety factor.
Application
Suitable for Medium, Long distance and Heavy-load transportation of materials like Aggregate, Cement, Coal, Foundry Coal, Grains, Hard Rock, Wood products, Sand and Gravel, Steel products, etc.
Generally applied in Coal Prep Plant, Log Debarkers, Railway Lines, Primary and Secondary Crushers, Ship Unloaders, Stacker Conveyors, Trash and Recycling.

Tensile property of through thickness
1. the longitudinal tensile strength is not lower than the following nominal value 315N/mm, 400 N/mm, 500 N/mm, 600 N/mm, 630 N/mm, 800 N/mm, 900 N/mm, 1000 N/mm.
2. the through thickness elongation rate of the belt should not less than 10%, the reference force elongation rate of trough thickness of the belt should no more than 4%.
3. Straightness : no more than 25mm.
