Working Process:
The eccentric block of the exciter is driven by the motor through the Vbelt to
spin at high speed. The spinning eccentric block produces large centrifugal
force which forces the screen box to do circular motion at certain amplitude.
Materials on the inclined screen receive the impulse from the screen box and
make continuous throwing movement. When materials meet the screen surface
during the above movement, those particles with smaller size than the screen
mesh will pass through the screen, thus finishing the classification process.
