Working principle:
The machine consists of the hopper, vibrating chamber, connecting shaft and electric motor. Vibrating chamber is equipped with eccentric wheel, soft rubber tubes, shaft bearing, etc. When the adjustable eccentric weight dropper is pressed to the central line of main shaft by motor, in unbalanced condition, it creates centrifugal force, which makes the material form track eddy. The amplitude of the weight dropper may be regulated according to different materials and the meshes of screens.
