This machine consisted of the hopper ,vibration chamber,connrcting shaft and electric motor.Vibrating chamber is equipment with eccentric wheel .rubber soft tubes , main shaft and shift-bearing,etc.when the adjustagble eccentric weight dropper is pressed to the cental line of main shaft by motor driven, in unbalanced conditions, it creates eccentricity, which makes the material forming regular trak eddy,The amplitude of the weight dropper may be trgulated according to different material and the meshes of screens.
3.The whole machine has the features of compact stucture,small volume non-dust flying low noise ,high output,low energy consumption,easy to be moved and matained.

During normal operation, the vibration of exciter will drive the screen mesh fixed on the screen box vibrate, and then materials will be screened. The big and small materials fall from the upper side and lower side of the screen to get them separated.
