The run-ore should be crushed by jaw crusher initially. When it gets the reasonable fineness, it is transported into ball mill by belt conveyer and feeder, and is milled by ball mill. The subtle milled ore gets the next procedure: Classification. There is a theory that if the weights of solid particles are different, the sedimentations will be different, and the mixed ore can be classified by screw classifier. The classified ore gets into agitation tank. In this process the chemicals will be added into it. The agitation tank can make chemicals covered on the ore surface, and then the slurry will be transported into the flotation machine. The metal will be selected in this process. Copper will attach on the bubble and scrap by the scraper. Since the separated ore are wet, they should be dewatered by thickener initially, and dried by dryer.
