How our trommel vibrating screen working?

Our standard rotating drum sieve machine is consist of five parts as drum, frame, hopper, reducer and motor. After the material into the drum, on one hand, materials being screened along with the rotation of drum, on the other hand, the bigger materials flow forward along the direction of slope and be separated by the screen with different numbers of meshes. The different materials fall into different hoppers and then are sent to different finished product stacks by manpower or belt conveyor.

The applications of our trommel vibrating screen,

1. Standard drum sieve are often used in the production of organic products from various types of waste.
For example, excavation contractors may screen their site debris into two fractions; a saleable topsoil for farms, nurseries and site-work, as well as cleaned rock for aggregates or landscaping work. This allows the contractor to resell their waste, instead of incurring the cost of sending it for disposal.
2. Standard drum sieve applies to the production of compost, sand/gravel, lumber mill by-products and municipal waste.
3. Standard drum sieve are also used in the recovery of Gold from mineral rich soils. The dirt is broken up by high pressure water jets before entering the trommel which breaks up the dirt and outputs the rocks and stones while depositing the gold fragments in special plastic mats.
