Introduction of Vibrating Screen
This series of Vibrating Screen is specially designed for stone pit to serve different sizes of stones. It is also used in coal dressing, ore dressing, building material electric and chemical industries etc. It adopts box-vibrating exciter and block-eccentric adjustment. It owns features as follows, advanced structure, safety use, and adjustable amplitude strength, low noise, sturdy and durable.
Features of Vibrating Screen
1) Designed for constant load feeding and scalping of blasted stone.
2) Power transferred through Flexible universal joint to main shaft instead of conventional pulley with belts to reduce wear and bearing’s load to minimum.
3) Continuity is good and has the ability of adjusting the feeding quantity

Working Principle of Vibrating Screen
Driven screening machine adopts simple and dependable flap coupling to instead of universal coupling, which can overcome wearing shortcoming. It installs eccentric vibrator, feeding box which increase effective screen area and extend the screen mesh’s service life. Application of intermediate axis effectively protects the motor’s service life. Motor can be mounted on the left side of screen frame or the right side. This series screening machines is seat installation. Screen angle can be adjusted by adjusting the height of supporting.
