- Higher 'G'-forces that is generated from special exciter mechanisms with HwaBao vibration technology assures rapid material layers on the surface of screen and maximum contact with sieve aperture, reducing sieve surface jamming to the least possible extent.
- HwaBao SL Heavy-duty linear vibrating screens are often used for sizing, de-watering and de-sliming. Machine sizes are in accordance with industrial standard designing, the maximum width can reach 3.3 meters, the maximum length of 3.7 meters.

Structural features:
This Vibrating screen is designed according to normal working condition, designed according to the method of infinite fatigue life design, in line with the requirement of the industry. Side walls of the screen are made of high quality structure steel plates, manufacturing precision conforming to the standard of this industry. Rolled angle steels are used as reinforcing ribs, making the load evenly distributed on the side of the side wall boards, effectively preventing side wall boards from deforming and bending. No welding on side wall boards, completely ruled out side wall boards from deforming and cracking caused by the welding thermal stress. Completely adopting Huck bolt riveting structure, and replaceable parts assembly adopts high strength bolts connecting with self-locking nuts. Important parts that shall be adjusted after assembly are also connected with high strength bolts. Exciter girder beam is specially designed, using light weight, bend resistant, anti-distortion, high strength and rigidity box girder structure, to withstand all vibrating force generated from exciter.
After treatment completely removing stress of the girder, each assembly surface is machined, and special processing is carried out on the assembly surface of exciter, since girder is the key to affect the machine performance, all the welding quality must meet with special requirements in conformity with the standard of this industry.
