Working Principle of Vibrating Screen:
A quantity of crudeness and fineness broken materials with different particle size are put on the screen surface, but only a portion of them can touch the screen surface, due to the vibration of straining box, the material layer is loosen, which makes the exist gap of large particles being further expand, while the smaller particles pass through the gap and transfer to the sublayer or the on the conveyor.
Because the gap between the small particles is too small, the large particle cannot cross the gap, so the former disorderly particle swarm are separated, they are layered as per particle size and form a regulation of small particles are up while the large particle are down.
Fine particles whose size is less than the sieve mesh can cross the screen and then realize the separation between crudeness and fineness, finally, the sieving process is accomplished.
