Vibrating sieve application
It is widely used for grading and screening materials in such fields as chemical industry, minerals, quarry, building materials, water conservancy and hydropower, transportation, smelting and sand washer. Vibrating screens are efficient screening machines for the classification of bulk material such as coal, iron, gold minerals, coke etc.
how does the vibrating sieve work?
The vibration screen is operated by electric motor to drive vibrator with eccentric mass via delta belt, allowing screen box to vibrate, with the motional orbit of the screen box being circular.
The vibrating screener is composed of screen box, vibrator, spring damping device, supporting underframe and others, as shown in picture below. The screen box uses the advanced ring groove rivet for connection and is of frame structure. The vibrator adopts eccentric shaft and eccentric block and the spring damping device uses steel spiral spring.
