Working Principle
ZS High Efficiency Linear Vibrating Screen For Chemicals
1. The vibrating source is also from vibrating motor.
2. There are two motors to be fixed on the both side of screening box(or under the screening box) to corotate by the contrary direction. In the process of rotating, the eccentric blocks of motor will emerge a kind of centrifugal force, which can be transmited to the screening box and make the machine run by linear direction.
3. Then the material on the mesh will be vibrated forward and screened. By choosing the suitable mesh, the screening target is realized.
The working principle of size linear vibrating screen
1.uses double vibrating motorsto drive,when two motors synchronous reversely rotate,exciter forces eccentric block generates are undone in parallel with the direction of motor axis and united as one across the motor axis direction,so its movement trajectory is linear.
2.There is an angle of inclination two motor axises relative to screen deck,under the infZS High Efficiency Linear Vibrating Screen For Chemicalsce of resultant force of exciter force and materials self weight,materials are throwed up to make saltatory and linear movement forward on the screen deck in order to screen and grade the materials.
