1. Brief introduction of Vibrating Screen

2. Application of Vibrating Screen

3. Structure of Vibrating Screen
The vibrating screen is composed by sieving box, mesh, vibration exciter and damper spring etc. The vibrating screen adopts the vibration exciter with barrel type of eccentric shaft and block to adjust the swing. The vibration exciter is installed on the lateral plate of the sieving box. The motor makes the exciter swing round speedily through tire coupling. The continuous forced circular motions of sieve box were achieved through the powerful centrifugal force. The lateral plate made by the high quality steel plate without any welding point. The lateral plate, beam and the vibration exciter connected by the high strength bolts and ring-grooved lock bolts.
4. Working principles of Vibrating Screen
The motor makes the exciter rotate speedily through the v-belt. The continuous forced circular motions of sieve box were achieved through the powerful centrifugal force. 3). The vibrating screen adopts combined exciter and cardon movement, to assure the operation simultaneous, and exclude the phenomenon of bearing affecting the operating life as its coaxial degree is not very good.
4). The vibrating screen adopts air-cooling craft, reducing the bearing temperature, prolonging the bearing’s operating life.
5). The vibrating screen adopts high-strength bolted combination craft, making the sieve body’s operating life more durable under the full vibration.
