Introduction of vibrating screen
A vibrating screen is a classifying screen which divides the mixed materials with different grain size into a number of different levels of granularity through single or multilayer screen surface. There are mainly two varieties: circular vibrating screen and linear vibrating screen. Circle vibrating screen's movement locus is a circumference.
Main applications of vibrating screen
This series of circular vibrating screen is used for material classification in coal dressing, metallurgy and mining machinery, quarry, building materials, water conservancy and hydropower, transportation, chemical industry, smelting and so on.
Working Principle of vibrating screen
Vibrating Screen consists of screen box, supporting device, vibration exciter, transmission part, etc. The barrel-type vibration exciter is installed in the middle of the machine. During normal operation, the vibration of exciter will drive the screen mesh fixed on the screen box vibrate, and then materials will be screened. The big and small materials fall from the upper side and lower side of the screen to get them separated.
