Product Description
The working principle of heavy vibration screen is similar with self-centering vibrating screen,but not eccentric
vibrator shaft, and the shaft hole eccentric pulley to achieve the purpose of self-centering operation.
Heavy mining vibrating screen structure is strong,it can bear a larger impact load,it is mainly used for
screening large degree,relative density, the maximum feed up to 350mm.For pre-screening before medium
crushing,in addition, screening the materials that containing water,mud materials,it can be pre screening
and washing the materials containing high amount of water ang mud.Come into the crushing machine,
screening, washing into the mud off system.
1.While placing an order, please indicate the type, quantity, as well as the mesh size and screen mesh form
(woven mesh or perforated sieve plate).
2.Since the motor can be installed either on the left or the right, if you have special requirement about
installation, please specify. Otherwise, we’ll deliver the goods as the form of our installation drawing.
3.The non-standard feeder shall be designed and made according to the user’s requirements.
4.This series vibrating screen are all hanging type except SZZ0918. We can change them into seat type
according to the customers requirement, but it needs specially specification.
