Working theory
The rotation of the speed reducer drived by the pulley belt of the main motor, transmit the power to the pinion via coupling, the pinion drives the big gear (spindle rotation) to rotate, then transformed the circle movement into up and down motion of the beam by crank and connecting rod mechanism, the up and down movement of the beam drive the feeding device to move forward and afterward, finish feeding and brick pushing. When the beam is lifted, the main shaft cam drives the pressure head body to push the molded product out of the mold cavity and the material vehicle will move at the same time, pushed the molded product out of the mold cavity to the pickup platform, and supply the mold cavity materials.
