Daily maintenance:
1. Before running
(1) to check coarse mesh and fine mesh if there is a damage.
(2) each group clamps is locking.
2.Running
(1)notice any abnormal noises.
(2)electric current is stable.
(3)whether the vibration is abnormal.
3. After running
(1)after used clean up the vibration every time.
(2)to inspect regularly the coarse mesh, fine mesh and the spring if there are fatigue and damage.
(3)whether each part of the vibrating body caused damage due to vibration.
(4)need to add the site to be the lubricating oil.

Vibrating Screen Feeder is designed for the sieving of solid-liquid materials. Vibrating Screen Feeder vertical motor, which is installed eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, is regarded as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers change rotation into horizontal, vertical and inclined movement, and then pass the movement to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle on the top and Jaw Crushers, Cone Crushers, Impactors, Screens, Belt Conveyors, Feeders, Hoppers can change trajectories of the materials on the sieve.
