a.A multi-workstation assembly line configuration is introduced to this FPC connector assembly machine that enables a complete assembly process through one-stop.
b. Reel and Tape metal part feeding method is designed with as well as the metal part transferring, cutting, bending and insertion;
c. Vibration bowl feeding method as well as linear vibration feeders for plastic housing feeding introduced and a high speed feeding performance will ensure the assembly yield;
d. Special designed PLC & touch screen control system with human-friendly HMI(human-machine interface) enables an easy and full range control of the entire assembly process;
e. Special skid is designed to convey the plastic housing to the assembly workstation sequentially;
f. The pneumatic component that especially regarding to air drive cylinders mostly are selected as the world famous brand such as FESTO, AirTac, SMC with stable perform and sufficient travel length and driving performances;
